telepark.wiki Support

Installation

Getting telepark.wiki ready-to-run usually takes only minutes. FTP upload the application files to your Webserver and open the path in your browser. The setup script will handle the rest.

Getting Started

The initial steps are always the hardest, especially when confronted with a "blank page". Keep in mind that telepark.wiki was developed based on three core ideas:

1. a tree hierarchy of pages and a context menu (right-click)
2. a Word-like visual editor with standard formatting (double-click)
3. drag-and-drop support to reorganize pages in the left-column menu

Update your Wiki

To update your telepark.wiki:

1. get the latest version from the Download area
2. FTP upload (overwrite) all files
3. Relaunch your Wiki in your browser and confirm twice

Make sure that all files from the new application version have been fully uploaded and truly overwritten existing files.

If you don't have access to the Download area, send us a note using the message box or email info@telepark.de

Note: To backup your wiki content, copy all files and folders from the /UserFiles/ and /db/ directories to a secure storage.
